Salon Policies
NEW CLIENT POLICY
All new color and extension clients are required to come in for an in-person consultation prior to scheduling any color or extension service. At the consultation we will discuss desired hair goals and color history, look at inspiration photos, and be able to give you an accurate estimate for services.
Cancellation Policy
Hair by Love Salon will allow a 15 minute late grace period for all appointments except consultations. After that grace period you will be rescheduled with a cancellation fee. If you need to cancel your appointment please give at least 24 hour notice to avoid a cancellation fee of 50% of scheduled services the first time and 100% the second time.
COVID-19 POLICY
• Masks are optional.
• No children or additional guests are allowed unless they are also receiving a service.
• Touch-less payment options are available if desired. We accept Apple Pay and Samsung Pay.
• Please NOT to show up if you feel sick, have been sick, or have been exposed to anyone with Covid-19. Should you come in sick with knowledge you are sick, you WILL NOT be permitted to reschedule in the future. It is imperative that each guest takes these precautions seriously. If we get sick we could be out for up to a month and everyone will have to wait even longer to get their hair done. Please be respectful and if you feel sick RESCHEDULE.
