We offer different levels of stylists to accommodate all of our clients’ needs and budgets. Our stylists are organized into 5 levels of experience allowing clients to choose the stylist that is best for them, based on experience and skill set. With each level, clients also benefit from different price points, allowing them to find the best value for their budget. All of our stylists are continuously trained and educated in the latest trends and techniques, with an emphasis on personal growth and development.
Level 1
New stylist to the floor
They have finished the training program and are full time stylists but at a lower price point, as they may need additional assistance from mentors from time to time.

Salon Owner/Mentor
Level 5 Stylist
Cyrell, owner of Hair by Love Salon, brings over 15 years of experience, specializing in balayage, blonding techniques, unnatural colors, and extensions. Known for her attention to detail and commitment to quality, she provides a personalized experience by educating clients about their hair type and tailoring the perfect products to recreate salon-perfect styles at home. Cyrell pours her heart into her craft and creates a welcoming, feel-good atmosphere for every client. She is currently accepting new clients.
Emily Campbell
Salon Manager/Mentor
Level 5 Stylist
Emily is the manager at Hair by Love Salon, a blonding specialist, tape-in extension expert, and our resident shag queen, bringing over 16 years of industry experience. From New Orleans to Texas, she has prioritized continuous education and growth, staying at the forefront of hair trends and techniques. Emily is passionate about helping clients look and feel their best, inside and out. She is currently accepting new clients Wednesday through Saturday.
Denny Espino
Assistant Manager
Level 3 Stylist
Denny is our Assistant Manager and a Level 3 stylist who completed our in house apprenticeship program. She is dedicated to expanding her expertise in color, cutting, and tape-in extensions. Denny specializes in foliage, highlights, and bold fashion colors, while continuing to refine her blonding techniques and specialty cuts—always finishing with a flawless blowout. She is currently accepting clients Wednesday through Saturday.
Jewlianna Perez
Level 2 Stylist
Jewlianna “Jewls” is a talented stylist who graduated from Avenue Five Institute and completed our intensive one-year apprenticeship program. She’s skilled in tape-in extensions, global bleach and retouching, balayage, foiling, and bold, unconventional colors. Jewls has a passion for fashion-forward hair and specializes in balayage, color blocking, and vibrant, statement-making shades.
Cyndi Jimenez
Level 2 Stylist
Cyndi Jimenez is a Level 2 bilingual(Spanish) stylist at Hair by Love Salon and a graduate of Avenue Five Institute. With three years of experience, she specializes in lived-in blonding and creative color techniques. Cyndi is certified in weft hair extensions and continually pursues advanced education to refine her craft. Her goal is to enhance her clients’ natural beauty while providing honest guidance on their hair goals. Cyndi is currently accepting new clients on Tuesdays, Thursdays, Fridays, and Saturdays.
Justine Briseno

Justine Briseno is a proud graduate of the Cosmetology program at Cisco College. She recently relocated from the Dallas area, where she built her clientele over the past three years. Justine has a true passion for hair, specializing in vivid colors and beautifully blended lived-in blondes. She is also highly skilled in alternative cutting styles and men’s haircuts, bringing creativity and precision to every service. Her versatility doesn’t stop there, she is certified in hand-tied and tape-in extensions, offering customized extension services to enhance length, volume, and overall style. Above all, Justine has a deep love for her craft and is driven by helping clients feel confident and beautiful every time they leave her chair. Justine is currently accepting new clients Tuesdays, Wednesdays., Thursdays, and some Saturdays.
Brianna Acosta
Apprentice/Taking Clients
Brianna “Bri” is a bilingual(Spanish) skilled stylist who graduated from Aveda Arts and Science Institute in 2022 and completed our intensive apprenticeship program. She is currently building her own client book and plans to specializes in unnatural hair colors, extensions, and seamless blending techniques. Bri is also accepting model clients on Wednesdays from 9 AM–6 PM, please reach out for more details if you’d like to book!
Alicia Martinez De Andino

I’m so excited to be a part of the Hair by Love Salon team. I recently moved to Texas from North Carolina, where I worked behind the chair for three years after graduating from Wake Tech’s Cosmetology program in 2019. Currently I'm working through the training program while also taking clients on Wednesday's and Thursday's. I specialize in effortless, lived-in color, balayage/foilyage, dimensional brunettes, and blonding. I have a love for creating styles that help clients feel confident and beautiful. I can’t wait to meet you in the salon!
Alexandria York
Apprentice
Alex is an apprentice stylist and a graduate of Paul Mitchell The School Austin. Alex grew up in East Texas and moved to Austin to be inspired by a more diverse, creative skillset. She has a growing passion for vivid color, alternative, modern cuts, and expressive styles. Alex believes the salon is her second home and is dedicated to creating a welcoming, comfortable space where you can feel confident, relaxed, and truly yourself. She’s excited to pursue her love of this industry and future in being a skilled stylist.
