Cancellation Policy
Hair by Love Salon will allow a 15 minute late grace period for all appointments except consultations. After that grace period you will be rescheduled with a cancellation fee. If you need to cancel your appointment please give at least 24 hour notice to avoid a cancellation fee of 50% of scheduled services the first time and 100% the second time.
SALON POLICY
• No children or additional guests are allowed unless they are also receiving a service.
• Touch-less payment options are available if desired. We accept Apple Pay and Samsung Pay.
• Please do NOT to show up if you feel sick, have been sick, or have been exposed to anyone with Covid-19. Please be respectful and if you feel sick reschedule.
